The Walk

“Let’s walk together. Off leash. One step at a time.”

A Path for Life Transformation

Closing the distance between who you are and how you live — one honest step at a time.

Who This Is For

Effective & Empty.
Successful & Stuck.

High-achieving people — executives, entrepreneurs, leaders, parents, students — are often the most disconnected from themselves.

They are effective and empty. Busy and lonely. Successful by every external measure and quietly unsure whether any of it means what they hoped it would.

From Gen Z to Baby Boomers, The Walk is for:

  • High performers who feel stuck or burned out
  • Individuals facing major life transitions
  • People struggling with lost identity, self-doubt, anxiety, fear, and addiction
  • Leaders who carry enormous pressure but have no place to process it
  • Corporate teams, athletic teams, schools, and organizations

“The Walk helps those who have ‘won’ but still feel empty.”

The Walk Vision

My Story

Called Forward.

Forged in the real arena of life.

Portrait of Chris Doggett, founder of The Walk
Chris Doggett — Founder

We are all battling something. Our private battles are often grueling walks of isolation through the darkest valleys located within the walls of our own minds — and the unbearable weight of the baggage we carry only compounds the darkness.

But the valley is not where we were meant to remain.

After thirty-plus years of corporate leadership — and a thirty-plus year battle with anxiety and stress — I burned out. I found myself in the middle of a pitch-black valley, enduring a yearlong, stress-induced health crisis.

That walk through the valley led me to a crossroads that changed the trajectory of my life, and ultimately led me to say yes to my calling: to serve others as a personal development coach.

That is the heart of this mission — to bring encouragement and inspiration to those still stuck in the valley, and to walk alongside them, step by step, toward the light waiting on the other side.

People have always come to me in moments of crisis: family members, colleagues facing self-doubt, peers under pressure, friends on the edge. Being willing to be vulnerable first is what opens the door to the honest conversations that actually change things. You will be heard here, without judgment.

The life I live

How It Works

The Path to Lasting Change

The Walk is both a mirror and a guide — reflecting the truth back to you while helping you move forward with intention.

The goal is not dependence, but empowerment: giving you the clarity, confidence, and tools to navigate life on your own, make real changes, and become the person you were meant to be.

  1. Modeling vulnerability, which breaks down walls and turns honest conversation into genuine relationship
  2. Reflective questioning that gets to the heart of the issue
  3. Identifying your abilities, strengths, and gifts
  4. Understanding your desires and aspirations
  5. Developing a strategic plan with defined goals
  6. Uncovering limiting beliefs that may be holding you back
  7. Replacing unproductive patterns with healthier ways of thinking and acting
  8. Discovering a sense of purpose and meaning
  9. Creating healthier habits and routines
  10. Cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and emotional strength

Resetting direction by creating balance in every arena of life:

Mental
Physical
Spiritual
Relational

“Show up. Embrace right now. Just breathe. Keep moving.”

Contact

Let’s walk together.

Off leash. One step at a time.

Whether you are at a crossroads, carrying something heavy, or simply sensing there is more — the first step is a conversation. No pressure. No performance. Just an honest talk about where you are and where you want to go.

“A world where the most common thing people say about each other is what they already say about their dogs: He just loves you. No matter what. He’s just always glad you’re here. That’s what we’re building toward. One walk at a time.”
